Return Policy

Don't feel right?  If you're having second thoughts about the items and wanting to return them, we are happy to accept returns for purchases made within 30 days and make a return request via sos@ilovenft.com.

The item(s) returned need to be unwashed and unworn. We recommend that you return products in their original packaging to ensure the necessary protection when in transit. Please include proof of purchase and tracking number when you initiate the return process. And you are responsible for return shipping costs.

 

For defective item(s) upon arrival, you are entitled to a replacement or a store credit of equal value to the item. You do not need to return the defective item(s).

Note

  •  Returns for event / campaign related products and clearance / sale products with defect is possible. Please do not return defective item(s).

  • Do not return items to the original shipping address on the original package or the company address listed on the Site. Please initiate the return process by contacting sos@ilovenft.com. Any package sent to the original shipping address on the package or the company address will not be processed, and therefore we will not able to provide a refund.

  • There will be no handling fee charged for the whole return process.

Refund Timing

Once your return package arrived, a refund will be credited to your account within 5 business days. An we will email you when this transaction has taken place.
