INTRODUCTION
These terms and conditions (Terms and Condition) govern your use of, access to, and purchase of products through ilovenft.com (the “Website” or "Site"). By using the Site, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these Terms and Conditions, please do not use the Site.
GENERAL POLICIES
Please review our Terms & Condition, Return Policy, (collectively, the “Site Policies"). All Site Policies are incorporated in these Terms and Conditions by this reference and, therefore, apply to your access to, use of and purchase of products from the Site (“Product”). If you do not agree to our Site Policies, please do not use the Site. We reserve the right to make changes to the Site, the Site Policies, and these Terms and Conditions at any time. If any of these conditions shall be deemed invalid, void, or for any reason unenforceable, that condition shall be deemed severable and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of any remaining.
PRODUCTS
The Products are owned and sold on the Website by ILOVENFT. iLoveNFT attempts to be as accurate as possible in the description of the Products. However, we cannot guarantee that any descriptions are totally accurate, complete, reliable or error-free. Please note that the images of the Products on the Website are for illustrative purposes only and while we have tried to accurately display the colors of products, the actual colors you see will depend on your monitor and may not be accurate.
PURCHASE FOR PERSONAL USE ONLY
You may purchase products on the Site only for personal use and not for bulk purchase and resale. By placing your order, you certify that you are purchasing products for personal use only and not for bulk purhcase and resale and you accept our Terms and Conditions Neither iLoveNFT nor the Provider has any liability to you for any loss of profit, loss of business, business interruption, or loss of business opportunity.
PRE-ORDERS
All Products are available to ship unless it is a pre-order item. All pre-order Products have an estimated ship date, that indicates the date that the Product will be shipped out from our warehouse, but these Products may arrive sooner or later than specified. Credit cards are charged at the time of the pre-order, subject to our usual fraud checks. Estimated shipping date is published online. iLoveNFT is not liable for delays, cancellations or changes to pre-ordered items made during production. If a pre-ordered item will not be shipped out by the estimated shipping date, the customer will be notified and, at the customer’s election, either refunded in full or provided with an updated estimated shipping date. If an order includes both available and pre-ordered items, at least two separate deliveries will be most likely made to the customer.
PRICE AND PAYMENT
Prices may change without notice. While we try to ensure that all prices on our Website are accurate, errors may occur. Changes will not affect orders in respect of which we have already sent you a Despatch Confirmation. It is possible that, dispite our best efforts, some of the Products listed on the Site may be incorrectly priced. We will normally verify prices as part of our despatch procedures so that, where a Product's correct price is less than our stated price, we will charge you the lower amount. If a Product’s correct price is higher than the price stated on the Site, we will normally, at our discretion, either contact you for instructions before despatching the Product, or reject your order and notify you of such rejection. If a systematic error lead to the wrong price being shown on the Site, we reserved the rights to cancel orders and will notify customers with the option of store credit or refund of the original amount paid. Prices do not include delivery costs, which will be automatically added (at the cost shown) to the total amount due when you view the items in your shopping cart and have selected your chosen different delivery method.
Currently payment for all orders must be made by Paypal on the checkout page, You should be aware that online payment transactions are subject to validation checks by your card issuer and we are not responsible if your card issuer declines to authorise payment for any reason.
ACCURACY OF ACOUNT AND BILLING INFORMATION
We reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us. We may, in our sole discretion, limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household or per order. These restrictions may include orders placed by or under the same customer account, the same credit card, and/or orders that use the same billing and/or shipping address. In the event that we make a change to or cancel an order, we may attempt to notify you by contacting the e‑mail and/or billing address/phone number provided at the time the order was made. We reserve the right to limit or prohibit orders that, in our sole judgment, appear to be placed by dealers, resellers or distributors. You agree to provide current, complete and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made at our store. You agree to promptly update your account and other information, including your email address and credit card numbers and expiration dates, so that we can complete your transactions and contact you as needed.

These Terms of Service and any separate agreements whereby we provide you Services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Hong Kong.

What is a pre-order?A pre-order is the reservation of an item that is not yet available for sale, but will be soon. Pre-order items are shipped upon the arrival of the products in the warehouse within the time that is stated on the item’s purchase page. In pre-order purchases credit cards are debited at the moment the order is placed. Regarding order with available items and pre-orderable items, shipment will happen in 2 different phases: available merchandise will be shipped with standard shipping methods. Pre-orderable items will be shipped right after items are available in stock.

Do I need to sign in to see my order details?We keep the order details neat and tidy. You'll be able to access the order details anytime after you login. And we also will drop you a confirmation email with your order details within 24hrs after you placed an order.

What payment methods do we accept?We only accept Paypal at the moment. But hey, we are working day and night to make cryto payment an option for you believers out there. And we will soon add credit card and debit card payment available.

Can I change my shipping address after my order has been dispatched?Ummmm, sorry to say this buddy. But No, the shipping address cannot be modified once the package has been dispatched. Once it's out of our hands, it really is out of our hands.

What size do you carry?There's no secret in the fam. Most of our merch are availble in L (and 1XL). And we are not saying one size fits all! WE DO RESPECT EACH AND EVERY BODY TYPE. But while we transition something virtual to IRL, we are trying to keep things simple. Our products are unisex, so no need to worry about the cutting.
